Caring Hearts Employees
Caring Hearts Home Healthcare has an extensive and thorough pre-employment screening process. Before an individual becomes an employee they must pass a background check that is processed using fingerprinting and is ran through the TBI/FBI database. Other processes include drug screening, numerous internet searches, employment references, personal references, and two interviews.
Once an individual becomes a Caring Hearts team member, we equip them with the knowledge and skills they need to provide the best quality care to our clients. They have yearly continuing education and other training to keep their skills current.
